Club – Would you love to have an excuse to curl up with
a book? Have a favorite you’d like to share with a group? Join us the
2nd Wednesday of each month at 10:00 a.m. for lively discussions of the book
of the month. We read a wide variety including fiction, nonfiction and classics
recommended by the members.

Foot – Get
together with a group of Newcomers
for a friendly game of Hand, Knee and Foot twice a
month.

Coffees
– Our monthly coffees offer opportunities build and nurture friendships
in a social setting. Held in members’ homes, you will learn how to navigate
greater Columbia and its newest subdivisions

& About – This group may explore further
afield than the greater Columbia area, visiting areas or enjoying activities
of interest.

Happy
Hour – At the home of one of our members, Happy Hour is
usually held one Saturday each month. BYOB. Mixes and soft drinks will be provided.
Bring an appetizer or a dessert to share. A wonderful way to relax and expand
friendships.

Ladies
Night Out – Usually we gather at one of the fine restaurants
in the greater Columbia area one night each month.

Lunch
and Movie – Enjoy lunch with friends and have a great
time at the movies! We will meet at the Lexington location or at the Columbia
location, to accommodate members throughout the greater Columbia area. The group
meets in front of the theater at 11:30 a.m. on the 3nd Tuesday at the Columbia
Grande on Bower Parkway or at the Regal Sandhill on Tower Center Place, to choose
a place for lunch and a movie.

Luncheons
– Monthly meetings are held the 4th Thursday at various restaurants with
programs ranging from a fashion show in the fall to interesting and informative
speakers. Special social functions throughout the year are planned for members
and guests.

Mah
Jongg – We are playing the 1st and 3rd Mondays of every
month from 10am to 2pm. Everyone brings their own lunch.

Out
& About – Enjoy an activity or a visit to a Greater
Columbia landmark. We usually combine this with a lunch at a local restaurant.

Pickle
Ball – The rules are simple and the game is easy for
beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game
for experienced players. We play on various days of the week at the Lexington
Leisure Center.
